Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

• Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at theinsulinchiller@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Securely package the product, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.​

4. Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
